Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Returns that do not comply will be refused.

To request a return, please contact hello@thesloane.it with your order details. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The Sloane is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

Items marked as final sale, as well as gift cards, cannot be returned.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return has been received and approved.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
