Shipping policy

All orders are processed in Italy within 1–3 business days.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times are estimated from the moment the order is collected by the carrier and may vary depending on destination and courier service.

Italy: 1–3 business days
Europe: 2–5 business days

Shipping within Italy is €6 for orders under €250 and complimentary for orders of €250 or more.

Shipping fees for European destinations are calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed automatically and cannot be modified once placed.

Registered customers may view their order status at any time in the  "My Orders" section.
